What if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

What will you do with my information after I register?
Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time from the your My Account page. For more information on privacy policy, click here.

When I enter my credit card information, is it secure?
Yes, we use Verisign's Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than WPVI.

What about shipping?
Orders are processed in no more than 24 hours after the orders are successfully entered and completed online. This includes all shipping options.
